The actions of the manipulator and the injection molding machine are the same, that is, there will be no collision or interference with the motion of the injection molding machine, and the production cycle of the injection molding machine will not be excessively prolonged due to the motion of the manipulator.
7. Some products require the robot to include a release agent spray system. The release agent can be sprayed accurately to the cavity after the mold is opened (the nozzle angle is adjustable), the dosage can be adjusted, and the spray frequency can be set.
8. When the manipulator fails (such as not in place, the product is not taken out, the product is dropped, etc.), it will immediately alarm and stop and display the fault on the touch screen, which is convenient for quick troubleshooting.
9. When the injection molding machine or manipulator fails, the injection molding machine and manipulator will interlock. That is, when the manipulator fails, the injection molding machine will stop operating; when the injection molding machine fails, the manipulator will also stop.
10. That is, all parameters and data settings can be set and modified through the computer, and then downloaded to the manipulator system for execution, or the parameters and data can be set directly on the manipulator.
