1: The welding fixture of the welding robot has the characteristics of quick action and convenient operation. The operating position should be located where the operator can easily access and operate it. When the welding fixture is in the clamped state, it should have the function of self-locking.
2: The welding fixture should have enough space for assembly and welding, and all positioning parts and clamping mechanisms should keep an appropriate distance from the welding beads.
3: The welding jig must be clamped reliably and securely. The positioning position and geometry of the welding will not be damaged during clamping, the weldment will not loosen and slip after clamping, and the constraints on the weldment will not be too large to cause greater stress.
4: After clamping the welding fixture, the surface quality of the weldment should not be damaged. When clamping thinner parts, the clamping force should be limited or the stroke limit of the indenter should be adopted, the contact area of the indenter should be increased, and measures such as copper and aluminum and bushing should be added.
5: The force application point of the welding fixture of the welding robot should be located at the support of the weldment or close to the support to prevent the support reaction force and clamping force, and the support reaction force and gravity form a force couple.
6: In order to facilitate control, on the same welding fixture, the structure of the positioner and the clamping mechanism should not be too much, and only one power supply should be tried.
