1. Main machine part
Bed: The bed is the basic part of the CNC milling machine, carrying all other parts, with high rigidity and stability. The bed is usually made of cast iron or other high-strength materials, which can effectively reduce vibration and improve processing accuracy.
Column (vertical frame): connected to the bed, supporting the spindle box and feed system. It is also the key supporting structure of the milling machine, usually made of cast iron, requiring strong rigidity and good stability.
Workbench: The workbench is where the workpiece is placed, and the movement in the X, Y, and Z directions is achieved through the feed system. The movement accuracy of the workbench directly affects the processing accuracy.

2. Spindle system
Spindle: The spindle is the power source of the milling machine, responsible for rotating the tool and performing cutting processing. The spindle is usually equipped with high-precision rolling bearings or hydrostatic bearings to ensure high speed and low vibration to ensure processing accuracy.
Spindle drive system: The spindle is driven by an electric motor to rotate. Modern CNC milling machines use high-power, high-speed electric spindles to ensure the processing needs of various materials.

3. Feed system
X, Y, Z axis transmission system: The feed system of CNC milling machine is used to control the movement of the worktable in three directions (X, Y, Z axis). Servo motors, ball screws and linear guides are usually used to achieve precise motion control.
Servo motor and controller: The servo motor used to accurately control the tool position and the matching controller work together to ensure a high-precision cutting path.
