So is it worry-free to use the manipulator? In fact, when the manipulator is installed, due to the incorrect operation of the worker, the manipulator often has some shortcomings of one kind or another. 1. The direction of the manipulator equipment of two adjacent injection molding machines should be clear.
2. All actions and movements do not prevent the opening and closing of the safety door of the injection molding machine.
3. All linear and rotating movements of the manipulator can be set on site, and can be set to a certain error scale. Once the error exceeds the set value, it will promptly alarm and act intermittently, and its defect information will flash on the touch screen.
4. When the injection molding machine or manipulator has defects, the injection molding machine and the manipulator will interlock. That is, when the manipulator has a defect, the injection molding machine will operate intermittently; when the injection molding machine has a defect, the manipulator will also operate intermittently.
5. The arm has anti-collision function: when there is a misoperation, the program has an automatic anti-collision function, which can automatically distinguish and intermittently move according to the torque of the motor, which can minimize the loss.
6. The actions of the manipulator and the injection molding machine are the same, that is, there will be no collision or interference with the motion of the injection molding machine, and the production cycle of the injection molding machine will not be excessively extended due to the motion of the manipulator.
7. When the injection molding machine is down (defect shutdown, normal shutdown, mold replacement, equipment maintenance, etc.), the manipulator can be manually placed in a safe or other necessary position; it will not prevent mold replacement and equipment repair operations.
8. When the manipulator has defects (such as not in place, product not taken out, product falling, etc.), it will immediately alarm and shut down and flash its shortcomings on the touch screen, which is convenient for cleaning.
9. Some products require the robot to include a release agent spray system. The release agent can be sprayed precisely to the cavity after the mold is opened (the nozzle angle is adjustable), the dosage can be adjusted, and the spray frequency can be set.
10. That is, all parameters and data settings can be set and corrected through the computer, and then downloaded to the robot system for implementation, or can be combined with data on the robot.
