Therefore, in order to reduce the harm caused by the electromagnetic field to the welding robot, these methods need to be known.
1. Make sure that the welding cable and the loop cable are tied together. When the welding robot is performing the welding operation, try to avoid putting the welding cable on the shoulder or winding the welding cable of the welding equipment around the body;
2. Operators who have pacemakers or other implants in their bodies should double-check that these devices can still be used safely under the influence of electromagnetic fields. It is forbidden to operate welding robots without guarantees.
3. A support or counterweight arm can be used to keep the welding cable away from the body. As the distance between the cable and the body increases, the strength of the magnetic field around the body will decrease rapidly. When the welding robot adopts direct current welding, the harm caused by electromagnetic field is much smaller than that caused by alternating current welding, so DC power supply should be selected.
