It can accept workshop production plans, automatically assign tasks, and complete automated production;

5. The automatic conveyor line is used for the automatic transportation of products, and the product tooling plate is accurately positioned at each assembly station. After the assembly is completed, the tooling plate can be automatically cycled. It is equipped with motor overload protection, and the drive chain is directly connected to the conveyor chain. Meshing, smooth transmission, reliable operation;

6. Product automated test system It is used to test product performance indicators and transfer unqualified products to the repair line;

7. The robot system is an important part of it. The assembly of parts can be completed accurately and quickly by the robot at a specific station, which can make the production line reach a higher degree of automation; the robots can adjust each other according to certain principles to meet the process point The tempo requirements; equipped with a communication interface with the upper management system.
