3. Check and clean up the site to ensure that there are no flammable and explosive items (such as: oil rags, discarded oil gloves, paint, thinner, etc.).

4. There must be a separation plate between the two fixture stations to ensure that the shading effect is good and in place. Passages between welding stations must be kept clear.

Matters needing attention when the automatic welding robot is working:

1. When starting up, it must be confirmed that there are no other workers in the robot's action area

2. Wear long-sleeved work clothes, work gloves, and protective glasses. Do not wear shoes that expose the feet to prevent burns from welding slag.

3. Keep fingers, hair, clothing, etc. away from the rotating part of the wire feeding device, so as not to be involved in accidents.

4. Be careful and attentive during operation, the workpiece must be placed in place, the clamping device of the fixture tool must be pressed firmly, and the welded workpiece must be removed from the welding part.

5. When the welding work is in progress, other personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the robot's range of motion.

6. If you find that the robot is working abnormally or there is a problem with the welding quality, stop it immediately and report for repairs. Non-personnel are not allowed to tamper with.

7. Cleaning the site, wiping the robot body, debugging, maintenance and other work must be done after the machine is shut down.
